New Official Warranty Registration Page

Launching our new warranty registration page; when purchasing any new BlackVue dash camera visit here to register your camera and ensure you receive your 2 year exclusive Australian warranty. New BlackVue dash cameras are now coming with a handy warranty card to simplify the process. The card has a QR code which will take you straight to the warranty registration page. We recommend registering your warranty after purchasing the camera so as to not forget about it later!

As a reminder, the warranty period of your camera is from the date of purchase from your retailer.

Filling out the form

Have your invoice and camera handy then head on over to our warranty page.

Note: You’ll also need your camera’s serial number, which is conveniently located on your BlackVue camera box as well as on the camera itself.

If the dealer you purchased from is not listed, select Other Retailer from the drop down menu.

If your invoice doesn’t state the exact date of purchase, e.g., the day is missing, then please just select the 1st of the month and year it was purchased in.

Make sure to upload a copy of your invoice/receipt so your warranty is verified.

If you purchased your BlackVue dash camera from a retailer who is not an authorised reseller or located in Australia, unfortunately you are not eligible for a 3 year warranty.

Please get in contact with us if you think you have unintentionally bought from an unauthorised dealer! If there is no way for you to get your invoice, please contact us directly and you may still be eligible to register your warranty.
