Not every retailer or advertiser providing our products is authorised by BlackVue. When you purchase products from an unauthorised dealer or reseller, or via an unauthorised website, there is a risk that these products could be counterfeit, used, defective, or not designed for use in your country. Further, these products may not be eligible for our official 3 year warranty.

Risks of buying from Unauthorised Dealers:

– Stock may not be genuine, or in new condition
– Models supplied may be out of date
– Warranty may only be a standard 1 year warranty, instead of 3 years
