Tesla Model X Captured Close Call – On BlackVue

YouTuber Kyle Conner posted this dashcam footage of his father closely avoiding a crash thanks to Tesla X’s Automatic Emergency Braking warning – and good reflexes.

In the video, you can see the first car in front suddenly hitting the brakes. It turns out the driver of the next car had decided they really needed to take that exit, at the last possible moment. Alerted by the AEB, our Tesla driver was able to swerve to the right to avoid collision with the two vehicles. Note that the Tesla’s autopilot wasn’t on.

This close call was captured on BlackVue DR650S-2CH dashcam. Note: This model has since been succeeded by the DR750X Plus.
